I’m doing ok. Had to resort to sleepy time pills the last couple nights. Still waking in the early morning hours and coming down to the couch because I can’t fall back to sleep in bed. Doesn’t help my husband doesn’t sleep soundly and I’m a light sleeper.
It kinda did. Tried walking lunges and split squats…both were a no go. But at least I have goblet squats…And I can squat with bw juuuust above parallel. I’ll have to try the single leg stuff with some sleeves next time.
Or it could have been that I did maximal volume my knees will allow beforehand.

Betty, I’ve taken my squat up somewhat too, because of form issues. We aren’t powerlifting at this moment, so as long as there is a good reason for why we are squatting like we are, its all good.
