I see what you mean, but I’m jsut loojijg at the facts behind pellets.
How many men do you know that started trt on the right dose? Increased or decreased?
What happens when a new guy in pellets needs to decrease or increase?
Pellets might work for some , but they logically are not a good trt option for most men. What if a pellet thinks this is as good as it gets, and if he had tried injections or cream he realized wow “I had no clue I could feel this much better”.
That’s why I don’t think it’s a good option.
It’s only a good option if I know exactly how much I need per day and have spent quite a bit of time on trt. Yah sure. Then again what about the inconsistent release? It’s widley known that the first half of a pellets life released more than the second half. There is a reason that all of the good experienced Trt doctors are against these pellets. For the exact reason stated.
A new guy on this forum should have the ability to modify his dose on the fly. After all that’s what most of our posts entail. What dose and frequency!
I agree, but he is going t a guy that specializes in pellets, and that doc is using pellets himself. Most things can be made to work, it just has a lot to do with who’s trying to make it work.
How did this come to light? Very interesting. How could pumpkin seed oil produce such a change by itself? If that’s the case I’d be cooking with it often enough. Maybe it’s just absorbed better in the body and thus creates a better balance in the body. Or gives the body what it needs more effectively than other oils that do not ? I don’t know, but curious.
@hardartery it’s like I said in another post. The guy feels great on pellets. My analogy is he used to cut wood with a dull knife (low testosterone) and then he was given a rusty hand saw (pellets). Now he feels great. But I’m standing here with a gas powered chain saw and I’m just shaking my head because he doesn’t have a clue what ‘great’ is supposed to feel like. I do and there is NO way that I would feel like this on pellets with those labs he provided. Absolutely impossible. Pellets are dumb. End of story.
@roscoe88 you claim that having difficulties having an orgasm has to do with serotonin yet you’re struggling with the same thing. Here is my advice:
If you are on HCG or an AI, stop them TODAY.
You will never feel optimized on once weekly shots. You need to do more frequent injections. Either daily SubQ or every other day (EOD) at the minimum. Weekly will never cut it.
You can also throw in 50mg of DHEA in the mix and see if you feel better/worse with it.
If you’re taking pregenenlone, stop that as well. It’s very hit or miss with guys. Wait until you are feeling much better and then experiment with it to see if you feel better/worse with it.
This is the exact formula that solved all my issues and the same formula the guys in our facebook group are doing to resolve theirs. It is good advice.
No. If you’re genetically predisposed to lose hair, you might lose it a touch faster. If you have a full head of hair it isn’t suddenly going to all fall out.
I believe if you crush your E2 you may lose it faster even if you are not genetically predisposed to MPB. All over though and not just the typical MPB areas.
Traveling-man hates needles, plane and simple. It’s the reason he chose the less than optimal version of TRT. Almost every man who has been on pellets isn’t anymore with good reason.
I’m guessing dht derivatives like masteron dont have the same effects. I know they are more androgenic but I didnt have any of these issues with Masteron. Maybe I’m just lucky. Maybe its genetics. Idk.
@systemlord he could use the transscrotal cream which is miles better than injections. There is no need for anyone to ever do pellets anymore. Any doc that uses them is in it to make a buck and does not have the best interests of the patient in mind. Period.
@alldayeveryday one of the benefits of the transscrotal cream is a big boost in DHT that you don’t get from injections and better lipids to go along with it. No need for Masteron or Proviron when taking it.
Not sure there is a concrete answer for that. I’m currently injecting 0.2 ml of 200mg 3 days a week, then drop to 0.1ml 3 days a week, then back up to 0.15 ml 3 days a week. HCG alternating days.
But sense your here I could use your advice on something . I just got out of varicocele surgery on Monday. My doctor said it wasn’t too bad of an idea to try to do a restart. Im 30 yrs old so he wants to stop all testosterone and just do HCG injections for two weeks and then clomid for two weeks then depending how I feel and labs then eventually take me off of the clomid
@roscoe88 I don’t know where you read that, or who told you that, but it is absolutely not beneficial. The more your levels change the more your body never finds a stable point for everything else to find an equilibrium with. Once you have your ideal dose dialed in you want to leave it as is and prevent the body from having to adjust all the time. It’s just not recommended whatsoever.
I started TRT 4 years ago. The first 3.5 were a complete waste of time because I learned all the bro science in forums and kept arguing with my doctors that they didn’t know what they were doing. I mean, they didn’t, even now I know what I’m doing, but that’s besides the point lol! I’m eager to switch to the transscrotal cream BID but my wife is breastfeeding and I worry about any transfer to her that could potentially transfer to the baby. Once she stops I will be changing my protocol.
I’m somewhat of an outlier. 250mg/week divided by daily SubQ shots puts my total T at 1035 ng/dL and my free T at 28 ng/dL. I just seem to be a hyper metabolizer of the stuff and need more than most guys. IM and SubQ produced no measurable difference in levels so I stuck to the most recommended SubQ route. No AI, no HCG. I only took the HCG while we were trying to have a kid and stopped the second she was pregnant. I also take 50mg DHEA daily, 5000iu Vitamin D daily, and 100mg Vitamin K daily (which you need to take if you are supplementing with Vitamin D). I just recently began taking 20mg of boron a day as my very good friend Dr Eric Seranno said that it can increase the number of receptors in the body and help to increase free T. Too soon to tell if it makes a difference in the way I feel or not.
