Diff. Protein Levels in Same Foods

I’m not sure how trustworthy the various labels on food products are, but I was checking out the protein/gram and protein/cal ratio of certain foods. Here’s the strange thing:

Safeway 100% turkey burger patties: about 18% protein
Costco 100% turkey burger patties: about 24% protein

Calories seemed to be about the same, so it must not be Safeway grinding more fat into theirs. But they must grind up more of some part of the turkey that doesn’t have much protein in it.

I’ve also noticed that some wheat breads (thought they don’t have a lot of protein to begin with) have about 3 grams per 100 calories while others have up to 5.

How accurate do you all think the labels are?

you think that they use the same recipe for everything ? i dont think so.

if they did why do we have coca cola vs. pepsi and why should Biotest be better then the rest if it wasnt that they used another recipe for theyre protein powder than som noname brand ?
