and also.

Dietary Fiber is carbohydrate.
i know that i don’t want to consume too much sugar
but i am not so sure about dietary fiber.

Should i watch the grams of Dietary fiber and consume less?

or do i want more Dietary fiber and no sugar?

Thanks for any helps.

I think your fish oil amount seem good.

Personally, I need the fibre. I am on a low carb diet and I need to it keep me regular and also full. I take an additional 20 grams per day and it really has worked wonders.

I see, So Dietary Fiber won’t really affect the low carb diet? so basically just watch out for sugar.

I have diverticulosis, a digestive condition, and I absolutely need to maintain a high fiber diet. I focus on my fiber needs before I take total carbs into consideration.

Eat plenty of veggies, especially foods like broccoli, cauliflower, asparagus, spinach, cucumber, zucchini, brussel’s sprouts, etc, and you won’t really have to worry about fiber.

Every once in a while I buy the Mission Carb Balance tortillas for breakfast burritos; they have 20g of fiber each.

Don’t forget that staying hydrated is important when eating high fiber. And, yes, avoid sugar, especially added sugar, as much as possible. For example, I don’t care how much sugar there is in the one apple I eat every day.
