um currently thinking that i need to jack my diet towards m y training. i
m following a six day split - hypo tropy prog, i can list if u need it .
day 1 chest abs
day 2 back
day 3 off or shoulders abs depending on work rotas ( fire - fighter )
day 5 legs
day 6 arms / abs cardio
day 7 off or cardio if did not do it day b4.
im 6
4" and going 90 kg at the mom. BF = 15 .
need a good diet programm / location to look that i can follow and also supps advice
im surrent on USN protien - IGF-1. also take liquid creatine before / after nd x3 BCAA
s before during and after + nos explode before training . Befre bed im have Sci mix greadual release protien. Breakfast is x3 eggs omolette. drip feed protien in thru out the day . luch is chickedn and veg / i train at various times of day.Looking to put lean muscle and strengh
