You sound like you’re Indian too as well as Hindu. Here’s some advice that worked for me when I was have similar problems:
Became an atheist. Youtube George Carlin - it’s a good start.
I grew up eating meat 2-3x/week MAX. At first I found it unbearable and almost revolting to eat meat at every meal. But I started by consuming meat at least once a day. At times I wanted to vomit too but chose to man the fuck up instead. I eventually worked my way up to 300g of protein a day and can now hit that intake with little effort.
I still don’t eat beef but make up for it by eating lamb.
I can only hope if there is a zombie apocalypse that it only happens to vegans or religious people who when faced with starvation will turn down certain foods
Vegans are unhealthy in most people I have encountered. We are not prey. We have sharp teeth for shredding meat. Eat a bunch of carb heavy food because it’s vegan…now that’s healthy.

i have made a diet if any i am doing wrong here and i am tring to loose fat + lower my weight
meal one - bowl of corn flakes cereal and a 2% milk with a fruit (usually an apple)
meal two - fist size of almonds
meal three - vegetarian sandwich with a side of salad
meal four - protein shake with 1MR
meal five - fruits
meal six 2 hours before bedtime - broccoli, kidney beans and some indian bread
here is my plan but as u can c i dont have any meat nor eggs since it is against my religion. so plz pm or tell me changes i am a vegan [/quote]
put meal six where meal four is and change meal 5 to the protein shake and give a sixth meal to your dog if youve got one
You can pick up a good book on vegan nutrition and a vegan cookbook or read some stuff on the internet. John Berardi and Jason Ferrugia have dabbled in vegetarian eating and did alright. I’m not sure, but I think JF is still vegetarian.
Most big and lean vegetarians became vegetarians AFTER they became big and lean. There are vegan friendly protein powders (hemp, rice, soy).
I believe (don’t know) that you’ll not be satisfied with results from a vegan diet.
Here are your menu problems. Figure out a way to get around them while remaining vegan.
A serving of fruit isn’t a meal or a snack.
A bowl of cornflakes isn’t a meal or a snack.
A fistful of almonds isn’t a meal or a snack.
Broccoli and beans isn’t a meal or a snack.
Nothing you eat is considered a meal or snack in bodybuilding and fitness circles. We consider a meal a protein source with a fat and/or starchy carb source, often accompanied with fibrous vegetables.
Considering you consume pro powder and milk, you’re a lacto-ovo vegetarian, not a vegan.
Here’s how to correct your anemic, limp wristed diet.
A bowl of oatmeal or high quality cereal, milk, and egg and/or egg white omelet.
Almonds, protein drink.
Keep same.
Keep same (whatever the heck MR is).
Cook up a real friggin’ gourmet vegetarian stew for dinner, not a plate of broccoli and beans. Or go to a vegetarian restaurant. I’ve been to some good ones.
