Diet Critique

5’ 9’’ at 180lbs.

Diet:
breakfast: 4 x egg, 1 x bacon, cheese, 100g tuna, tomatoe, carrot, orange/other fruit
snack: fruit, 50g almonds
lunch: beef salad + 1 x fruit
snack: protein shake + 50g nuts
pre workout: 2 x fruit, whey
post: whey, honey
meal: chicken/fish/turkey + 2 x carrot/brocoli. UDO oil
before bed: cottage cheese.

approx 3000 cal - 250g protein, 80g carb, remaind fat

My training is 3 day split:
mon - chest, tue - back, wed - shoulders and triceps. all compounds (bench, pull ups, deadlift, rows, overhead press)
2 days off, with some light cardio

My goal is to increase my stregth and size but I also want to drop BF (atm have a bit of a pot belly). Are the two possible at the same time?
