Need some opinions on my diet. I’m 16 years old at 5’9" and 145 lbs (Fluctuates between 140-150) . I play Inside Linebacker. I work most of the day and when im not working, im lifting for football.
Here is what I had today
5:00 AM:
Oatmeal w/ Flax
2 Scoops Wheyabolic
1 Tbsp Peanut Butter
All mixed together
6:00 AM: FOOTBALL LIFTING
7:00 AM: WORK
1 Bottle of G2 (throughout the morning)
Banana
9:30 AM:
Myoplex Deluxe Bar
12:00 PM:
1 pouch tuna
2 slices whole wheat bread
peas
1 oz. mixed nuts
3:00 PM:
Myoplex Deluxe Bar
5:00 PM:
Apple
5:30-7 PM:
Receiver Practice
7:15 PM:
2 Slices Wheat
2 TBS Peanut Butter
Banana
7:30 PM: Workout
After Workout:
1 scoop Mass XXX
Later before bed:
Cottage Cheese
Handful of nuts
My goals are to gain lean musscle mass/ weight without gaining fat. I know that the bars aren’t the best but they are convenient for a busy teenager. I also drink water constantly throughout the day.
