Hi I am a new member to T Nation I need help with a diet plan. I am a 27 year old female 5’2 and I weight 137 and I need an easy diet because I am a full time student and I also work part time so I find it hard to stick with a diet. I am currently take a multivitamin, CLA, aminos, and a lean protein. I am thing of taking a fat burn to help me get to my goal if you have an suggestion I would real appreciate all the help.
