i was at the meet helping a friend(s) out. DL looked strong. What was your 3rd DL attempt? i remember it being very, very close
I to a little under 165 and cathing up got about 100 pounds on total to go. Your definitely an inspiration and also a great training aid… I got landmark numbers I have to beat now. Once agian great job!

1st: 555 (5lb meet PR)
2nd: 570
^ I thought that I finished it, but Shawna didn’t give me the down command.
3rd: Pass
^ That 570 attempt took too much out of me, so I called it a day.
BTW, my PR in the gym is 570.

I haven’t gone through my training injury-free. I’ve had a few lumbar strains over the past few years, but nothing too serious.
Congrats on a good meet. Bench looked pretty easy and your deadlift technique has come a very, very long way.
