Just did the neurotyping test and would like to buy the most suitable diet and training programs for me.
The test said that I’m type 3 but the results also shows quite high 2A properties. When reading your “Which superhero are you” article I had most in common with 2A. But also especially the following:
2B: - Much better 1-on-1 than in a group; very good in that situation
Honestly, this results falls in the 10-15% category of results that are hard to diagnose based solely on the test. With a client, I’d likely have to use an in-person consult to find more about the person.
My instinct would be to say that you are a 2A who is well balanced (no neurotransmitter issue/depletion). And the type 3 score could be because of your upbringing.
BTW, I recommend waiting until you buy the program, I’m coming up with a new line that is much better both program-wise and structure-wise.
