Did I screw this up?

7 days in and I feel great. Re-reading past posts I think I might have.

Have been taking in 25-30g cho or so I thought.

I have been eating 4 eggs for breakfast @ 0 grams of carbs. Should I be counting these at .6 x 4=2.4 grams of carbs?

Also my gum has 1 gram of cho, which I have been counting but then I realized it has 1 gram of Sugar Alcohol also.

Should I be counting the gum as 2 grams of cho?

If this is correct, that puts me at 34 grams of cho. Wtf�?�

Not sure what to do if this is the case.

DH states to count every carb source from everywhere, even the air you breathe.:slight_smile:

I’m assuming you are talking about the Anabolic Diet. Yes you should count the carbs in eggs and I’m not positive about the gum but is it that hard to cut out? 34 grams of carbs won’t kill you so don’t stress too much about it.
