Injected Test E into the glute, Tuesday while injecting had a little discomfort but nothing crazy. Had no pain for all of Tuesday and Wednesday morning, but come the evening I’m starting to get pain abit higher than the injection site and just off centre of the middle of the back. Hurts to sit and stand and when walking j get abit of pain, once I’m sat down the pain isn’t as bad just when actually doing the sitting or standing
I’m sure you just pissed off the muscle and it’s tight.
If you hit a nerve you’d know it immediately. You could try a warm compress or just let it resolve. I’ve had tight muscles that last a week. Barely get through leg day or even had to skip it. As long as it’s not hit or discolored.
Alright appreciate it. Been pinning for a year but hasn’t felt this sore before and never had trouble walking neither, at least I know no damage has been done cheers
