I’m considering buying all the supplements TC recommended in his “Dick of Death” article. Feedback from anybody doing the stack would really help me to make my decision. All the physical and emotional effects experienced by you I’d like to know about.
How did I miss that one? I found Mastgering the Snatch.
How did I miss either of these? I found plundering the anus.
Thank’s for the humor but I didn’t ask for that… I’m totally serious about hearing from people that have done (TC’s supplement stack) or close variations of it… PLEASE VALID FEEDBACK ONLY… [ MY LIFE DEPENDS ON IT ]

The humor was a bonus.
You’re welcome.
Save your money. Eat healthy. You’ll be fine.
I eat clean, take multi’s, BCAA’s, Luecine, Fish Oil, Creatine Mono, get plenty of sleep, had T checked = normal amount for a 45 year old man had thyroid checked = good… had a blood profile taken, everything good… I workout 5x a week ( 3 days on 1 day off 2 days on 1 day off ) I’m not over training… but I have no drive no libido no machismo… I’m on anti-depressants and well aware of the side effects i.e.( no drive, low libido, no machismo ) researched the web thoroughly, found alot of pros and cons about T and free T boosters an supporters… of course they all make them sound like they work but I have a hard time believing alot of the claims… I was around when T-Nation started and have become very skeptical about info NOT FROM T-Nation…I appreciate the posts, opinions are fine but I was hoping for more feedback from actual users of TC’s “Dick of Death” supplement proticol or anybody having or had success with boosting T and free T naturally.

Let me say that I haven’t tried it. However, after reading your second post my suggestion to you would be “just go for it” It sounds to me like you have every reason to try it. I re-read the article. Nothing on it is going to harm you and the only way that you will know that it works for you, for sure, is if you do it yourself. Also, if you do use it and nothing happens you are left with two thought process’
-
TC is full of shit and it never was going to work. (However, I’d assume he is no more full of shit then the rest of us :))

Perhaps you should again consult your doctor, if nothing works, and look a little deeper to see if there is a less obvious root cause to your issues? Also, perhaps look into getting approval to see a specialist. My thought is an endocrinologist
Anyways, Good luck and like I said just go for it. You have nothing to lose as best as I can tell.
Also, two more considerations:
-
Try DIM. Nature Pathway’s makes something called DIM +plus. 2caps 2x a day for a month to start would be my suggestion. This helps to improve/maintain Estrogen metabolism. I suggest this as an alternative/add on in relevance to the “Wicked Sister” part of the article

It’s not a very talked about supplement and I personally havent seen any dscussion on it here but there are some studies suggesting borron may improve Test levels. They are generally sold in 3mg caps but, I’ve read that for a healthy/ish male the suitable, effective dose is about 10mg. So, take 3-3mg caps a day. Ive just started. I take them with my ZMA before bed. Also, its quite cheap $5 for 60 caps @ 3 /day thats about $7.50 a month.
Again, Good luck!

Anti-depressants seem like an obvious possible source of the libido being lame, but there’s a lot more to look at in terms of endocrinology levels than just Total Test levels.
Free Test, estradiol, DHEA-S, SHBG, DHT, Prolactin, FSH, thyroid markers, etc. should all be looked at as well if there’s an issue.
Try twice a day: DAA (3g), DIM, Nettle Root, along with staples D3 and Zinc.
Works well for me.

Agree with above; the first, second, and third things that are the most likely cause for your libido issues = antidepressant meds. You can go for whatever other endocrine testing you want, but it is not likely to be helpful (or cost effective) in fixing the issue. I would recommend you talk to your doc about trying other antidepressants that may have less sexual side effects.
Read around the over 35’s forum
I really appreciate the feedback!!!
I’ve tried it, less the REZ V and Alpha Male. But it still works. Horny all day and night.
the only way your going to be able to get back to being “normal” as far as your libido and energy levels is to STOP TAKING YOUR ANTIDEPRESSANTS. i know there are people and you maybe one of them where not taking them is not an option but you should do what ever it takes to not have to take them anymore.
Nowadays doctors instead of trying to prevent illnesses and ailments just try to mask the symptoms with medication. Instead what they and we should be doing is looking at the root cause of why you have this ailment and prevent it from coming about in the first place!! its become so backward. its all about the doctors being able to make money off the pills they prescribe. America is turning into a pill popping nation!! Look up the stats at the increases in prescriptions for adhd related and antidepressant related drugs and you will be amazed!! take control of your live and get rid of root cause of your depression or whatever it may be through healthy natural ways!
Those pharmaceutical pills are horrible for you and the sooner you can get off them the better! One guy that ive found online that i think should start contributing to T-Nation is a guy named ameer rosic. You can find him on youtube hes has over 200 videos on there. Some of his ideas about how to train i dont 100 percent agree with BUT most of the stuff on there especially stuff about nutrion and overall health and well being are soooo legit! He knows his shit and explains it so that it is easily understood!
I think if all americans took his advice on healthy lifestyles 90 percent of people taking pharmaceuticals would be able to stop taking them!
2014, year of the random bump?

You hit it on the head imo. Drugs of this nature are bandaids for a deeper problem and create their own list of problems, one of them being killing one’s libido.

Some say taking a dopamine agonist at a low dose helps with the sexual side effects of SSRI usage.
Stop taking your psychiatric medication and take a dopamine agonist. Great advice
