Hi i am on my trt protocol and i wanted to add proviron to my protocol. But i have heard and read that DHT is responsible for skin aging when we get older since the body produces more and more when we get older. But does that also apply if you are on trt?
Well…I really take care of my skin and don’t want to risk fast aging.
Testosterone raises DHT as well but i didn’t have problems with my skin. But how do things change if i add a real DHT component?
My main goal is anti aging with hormon replacement therapy.
It’s not the skin cells you need to worry about. It is the stuff underneath the skin that holds everything in place. I’m not certain, but I would guess that the appearance of skin aging occurs when the fibroblasts beneath the skin stop producing collagen.
So that should aid you in your research. Try to find out if DHT has an effect on fibroblast production of collagen. Bear in mind it may not be a direct interaction. It could be a long chain of events where DHT affects one thing which affects another thing and so forth, ending with the production of collagen being disrupted.
You should be able to find an answer but it may take some work.
if anti aging is your goal, then not using HGH is moronic… because, besides from healthy dose of test, it is the only thingh that is proven to be working and actually is used by doctors for this.
