My name is Connor, i was only there for july and august. Im more into bodybuilding type training but i came to IPC because AFC was really pissing me off at that time, when i get home in may I’ll probably be between both gyms. Although i might try a PL meet if IPC has that same raw meet in the summer. Im hoping compete in NB/PEI provincals for bodybuilding in November, so the summer meet would probably be right around when i start dieting.

anyways ill be following this log, let me know if you hear anything about that meet

Don’t know the actual name. Sat on a box, then jumped onto a higher one.
Also don’t have a tape measure, will bring one next time.
So, I jumped onto a box 3 times, then added ~4 inches and jumped 3 times then added another 4ish inches and jumped 5 times…

Also, previously I mentioned all squats were beltless. Previous best squat at this weight was 12 with a belt, so I’d say squat is going up.
