Dextrose vs. Waxy Maize

Bumping this thread to see if more ppl can weigh in.

The idea behind WMS is that it has a higher molecular weight than Dextrose, so it is pulled through the stomach faster than dextrose/malto and thus gets digested faster.

There arent really ant studies on it just anecdotal stuff. Is it really that much better than dextrose/malto? It costs about 50% more per pound.
