DexterMorgan's log - TRT, Lifting, Mental Health, Vaginal Attainment

I got back to the gym a month ago and I’ve reached 90% pre covid status. It feels like it happened over night. My core is right and toned. Same with back and chest.

Amazing how quick the body puts muscle on after a few months off.

I did use bands a little, but stopped soon into lockdown due to this damn tennis elbow Shit.

Side note: I repaired my tennis elbow. Tried everything suggested. Didn’t help at all… Long story short I found a peptide called BPC-157 and after 3-4 weeks it just vanished. Nothing else worked for 3-4 months and it was getting worse. If you ever have any issues remember this hombre.

I’ve seen this one mentioned in several places, seems to be nearly a miracle cure for some people, really cool

It really is. Ive heard people use this to get off opiates and minimize withdrawal to the point where they barely feel a thing. I heard others curing their IBS and etc.

It works on the gaba system in the brain so that has some benefit for issues in that region as well.

Really amazed and its got zero side effects. I looked all over and nobody complained of anything.

Going to have to find me some of that before it’s banned or something

Dexter,

Great log and awesome improvements!

How about your hematocrit and hemoglobin with the new protocol (+ test prop, masteron)? You are lucky already not having issues with 200 mg per week alone (only 47.3, excellent) as I hear most people have.

I´ve seen your prolactin is high on your blood test did you feel anything at that time?

BP fine?

Best regards!

Looking sexy you skinny punk. :joy:

Is that a man bun I see in one of your photos?

I basically had anemic levels pre-TRT. I haven’t tested during the blast. Not really needed. When it gets high on a blast normally you’ll get all flushed looking.

High prolactin is like 100+. I’m 10 points over the range if I remember correctly (maybe a little less) but no issues.

That’s a pony tail lol. Can’t workout with thick-ass chin length hair and getting all sweaty.

I joined this grown ass man gym in Mississippi that is huge, $20/month, 24 hours and literally has no doors on the place, all 1970s Arnold era equipment and some hammer strength shit. They don’t give a fuck if you wear a shirt and their towels smell like asshole. It’s perfect. Oh and the office doubles as a ball bond office.

Here’s my workout plan since last September. I workout 5 days a week and space the off days whenever but do everything in this order. Each one is a separate day. If anyone is interested search each title on YouTube and there is a 15 min video for each workout.

Back routine

Chest

Legs

Shoulders

Biceps

Triceps

Don’t know why that posted twice. I was replying to @ncsugrad2002 but it sent the same one to @blshaw

It’s only there once, I’ve been having the same issue. Looks that way until you close the site and reopen

Also. I’ve had a man bun too, it’s ok to admit it. Haha

You talking about 157?

If so, can you email me. Would try in my golfers elbow.

Yes I used it for my tennis elbow. Go to peptide sciences and order 3 of those 5mg bottles .

Take 500mcg a day . By 1st weeks end it will have decreased substantially. By months end totally gone for me. Just a small tingling here and there so I still take 250mcg a day until I’m totally healed.

Just remember with AthleanX that using real weights produces better results LOL!

I am also rocking the man bun. Sometimes I wear it down, but at the gym it is way to fking hot for that.

Ok Dad…

Personally, I find I get more lady eyes my way with the long hair, and I like the attention. Not sure @dextermorgan experience with longer hair? Some women I am sure are not into it, but on average I seem to get more attention with it.
