That’s awesome. I have changed in ways that have taken me very far away from my religious upbringing (changes for the better, if you ask me), but you’re right - the religious seem to have hierarchies that orient them towards service that many others do not.

Little update on some things I’m trying:

From 187 to now 164 by not working out and eating one meal a day for 3 months. Not ideal and losing that much weight took a while to come to terms with but the lean look has grown on me. Will be building up lean mass from here on and being smart about it. Gyms open Monday in Nola.

Currently starting:

  • 200mg/week Testosterone Cypionate - compound pharmacy grade which is my normal TRT
    (have been on UGL for the last 10 weeks)

  • 150mg/week Testosterone Proprionate

  • 150mg/week Masteron Proprionate

Looking to build back a little mass but doing it without any fat gain (that’s the plan at least). I likely won’t gain much as staying lean is priority as I’ve never been this lean since being on TRT. I got this way basically by accident with the whole Covid thing happening so I’m learning how to maintain being lean while simultaneously slowly building muscle. Until now I have just wanted to get bigger without being too fat. The issue is I don’t see myself the same way others see me. When I got this small I was horrified but at the same time I got so many compliments (I’ve since gotten a little too small as shown in the pics but that will change fast as gaining weight isn’t a problem for me).

Have you noticed any difference on UGL test? I had horrible experience with that and dont wanna touch UGL ever again. Only pharmacy stuff

Ive put too much weight in the damn quarantine and I start cutting now. I plan to adopt some version of mine to Jay Campbell’s diet with the fasting. Ive discussed this with a local fitness coach and without mentioning Jay’s diet he offered me something similar, because I dont wanna count calories, macros and any of that shit again.

I lost 20+ lbs just eating less and inadvertently doing a more strict intermediate fasting. You don’t even have to eat super clean that way. Not sure what Jay Cutler’s diet is but if you make your diet limited to certain things and don’t vary that much while also having 16-20 hours between your last meal and your first meal you’ll drop every ounce of fat you have.

The Paul Carter section on here has some really good info on diet & training for bulking, cutting or just staying lean while building lean mass.

Baiscally his diet is you eat one day normally(lets say 3000 calories) and you lift in that day, and the next day 16-20 hours fast and you dont lift that day and eat less calories. I plan to be roughly around 2000 in fasting days for now. Just I need to learn to deal with the hunger. Now it is 11 AM, my last meal was 22 PM last night(cherries), dinner was 20.00 and I plan to fast until 16.00 today but already thinking only about food :smiley:

I hope my thyroid and metabolism would not downregulate that way by alternating eating and fasting days. Maybe the calories need to be adjusted carefully for that not sure

You’re hungry because your body is used to eating at certain times so it triggers that hunger mechanism to say “it’s time to eat” at those normal periods. In two weeks you’ll be used to fasting and you’ll have less ups and downs throughout the day and more of a constant energy feeling. Fasting isn’t ideal for bodybuilding but for life it’s pretty great.

Interested to see how you like the mast. I just started 50mg var for a deep 6 week cut, and then I’m going to start a blast in a few months. Was planning to do 500mg Test Cyp with maybe some more var to start, but I was thinking either adding Primo or Mast. Will be keeping tabs here.

I would highly recommend adding Mast or Primo. Anavar murdered my libido and my libido was omnipotent until then. I’m partial to Mast since it makes you feel like a million dollars. I think that sounds like an awesome blast. I literally have 200 50mg Anavar pills but ain’t touching that shit until I don’t have a girl on lock.

The issue with Primo is the high doses required. Running 700mg per wk at 100mg/mL would be a pain in the ass. Maybe I could source some at 200mg/mL and run it around 600mg. Might be worth it for the reputation it has for feel-good and almost non-existent sides.

So far I absolutely love anavar. My libido is absurdly high and my strength and pumps in the gym are silly. It’s really too bad this stuff trashes lipids.

Oh and by the way, I haven’t updated my own log yet but I will mention that I increased my test dosage from 140mg to 200mg on my own and I feel fucking fantastic. I do have to eat 0.25mg adex per week to keep my nipple from getting a little swollen, but I’m hoping that need will subside after another 15 pounds of fat loss. Thought I’d mention it because I know you run your dosage higher. Not sure what I’m going to do about the clinic yet since their script is for 140mg. Whatever.
