Lots of hard and excellent work in here lately man! Hope you don’t mine me saying this, but I watched a lot of RUM and it didn’t seem it went the way you wanted it to. You must have been motivated cause your training is kicking ass. Feeling really confident about the upcoming meet? Do you have set goals for each lift?

I don’t think it is any Powerlifter’s goal to go 4/9. I can come up with all the excuses in the world, valid or not, but had I total what I planned on, I should have a gold medal, not silver.

The way I see it, second place is first loser and I never want the taste of losing in my mouth ever again.

While I do squat on Mondays, I’d have a little bit of a drive to get there from the Fla panhandle. I will be in Boston in August sometime, maybe I’ll swing by. :wink:
