Pretty good quality reps on 2x3 at 425 DL. Last rep did feel pretty heavy. Def only going up 10lbs for now on. 20 is now to big of a jump. Really wish I had access to a proper reverse hyper and GHD. I do the best I can with what I’ve got so I’ve got that going for me!!

Still following the same program. Hit 275 for 2x2 on bench so progress is slowing down but I was also pretty tired going into my workout.
Found a sweet video for knee and hip pain.
Also been squatting and leg pressing with a focus on a vertical shin, seems better on my hip.

Still plugging along got in some really good warmup stuff from the earlier video I posted to get ready for “heavy” deadlifts. Gonna keep doing that. Also I’ve been doing my glute ham raises on a back extension station, problem is it’s only difficult in a very small ROM, so it’s somewhat limited to progress on. I found a good spot to anchor my feet under a metal shelf that is part of a large, very heavy duty storage rack combo deal. With a few thick mats and some band assistance I found a sweet spot. Going to keep working these and get some hamstring gainz!!

Still getting after it, no workouts missed but slacking on cardio. Hit my high intensity low volume leg day yesterday top sets of deadlifts were 445 for 2x3 reps. Started missing reps on bench going to heavy so dropped some weights down to get everything clean and doing smaller jumps instead of 10, doing 5 lb increases between sessions. Swapped out a few exercises as I feel I need to like smith incline instead of inclibb n e machine and cable curls instead of db incline curls. The biggest thing I’m doing is going “easier” on my high volume days by using less weight so I don’t miss reps but focus more on contraction and getting a pump. I realized after I began chasing weight how unsustainable that approach was and now I am using that low intensity day as intended. Got high volume chest and bi’s today so looking forward to that!!
