What type of cycle are you in now?
Seems like you are doing a lot of powers and from the hang variations.
Out of all the non-classical lifts, my favorite for sure is the hang snatch. I hate hang cleans though lol. I can’t seem to get them to “pop” the same way as when I’m pulling from the floor.
General strength/classical lift cycle, no focus other than work on issues in my lifts technically. Not sure why I had powers this week, think the coach just had the club do all of the same work this week for some odd. The hangs are for helping early arm bend and issues I have in the second/third pull. .
week 8 day 4
Did snatches, snatch balances, then squats. Literally nothing notable, still working on not over pulling/being able to use my third pull.

I am very satisfied about casually high hang cleaning 255.

So apparently my coach thinks I need to get start pushing my squat. 6X4, 6X2, and 6X5 at 80% this week on my squat.

My legs and knees are too. If the coach is going to have me do what I think I am going to do, then I have 500 within my fingertips if I throw a belt on. I’ll feel like shit during the process though. It looks like he is having me run a cycle of RSR without realizing it.

Week 9 day 2
I made some awful mistakes.
AM: Tried to snatch, lats and body were not agreeing (thanks pull ups) despite lots of warm ups. Had to go some place so decided to just squat

PM:
hang snatches and abs going up to 155X3 for a couple sets on the hang snatches. Legs were trashed, but I had more time to warm up and get past the soreness.

Apparently Epsom salt baths are magic. I’ve been fucked up since my 6X6X at 365 squat day on Thursday to the point that I’ve walked weird since then, but the moment I tried an Epsom salt bath it felt perfect afterwards.

God damn I am awful keeping this up to date. Squats are fucking horrible right now. Did my 405X4X4 day and 430X3X3 day, I broke down and started using a belt because my back feels really insecure for some reason. I am going to be doing some life style changes after this program is over, and give my back a rest before I snap something.
Mostly stuff such as getting a proper chair to sit in at my desk, and changing things up with how I sleep. Oh yeah, I am also making it a point to either do abs or lower back literally every session until my back is feeling more secure.
On the bright side I should get my 500 pound squat. After this month is up I think I am going to start training solo again. My mom needs someone to work for the family business on the days that my coach is in on, and I want the freedom.

What about getting a desk so high you can stand while working?
That’s a possibility, though it would have to be a fiber desk, because I’d have to bring it upstairs.

First five plate squat. I kinda wanted to do 500+, but that squat felt a lot worse than it looked when I did it. 45 (or was it 50?) up from my low bar squat PR. Now to get on with my hypertrophy cycle and get Jiggidy Jacked.
