Since I only train 2 times a week for right now. I’m trying out 2 full body workouts a week. Sqt/bench friday and deads/press Tuesday. I’ll add back and arm work in on Tuesday. Since I’m going to focus more on my sqt then heavy deads… Deads will be more speed style witj a heavy day every few weeks. Might sub in some GM on dead day. See how it works out. My thinking is I’ll still be hitting stuff 2 times a week. Its how it’s gotta be for now… kids job etc. 2014 is gonna be a great one

So today was my first time wearing gear. I got a inzer hardcore for Christmas. I’ve worn inzer training brief before. But this is way different. I got it on last week took about 40 mins. This time only about 20. Worked out of a rack w chain safties set a little bit higher than parallel. It went pretty well. Guys I train with are all versed in gear so they helped me out. And they said I did pretty well. No pushing me forward, knees didn’t cave. But I stayed light. I was able to hit the bottom of the chains and slight pause pretty well. So I’m happy about how it went.

Trying to get my diet dialed in. I’m about 237 now. I was 245 after the holidays. I’d Like to shed 10-20 pounds. As I’m a little husky right now. Been 2 weeks and my food has been good. Add a little cardio in as I have a desk job. Not really tracking macros… I’m just packing food for work, making good choices, cut out the junk and taking it one day at a time.
