Yanked 515 off the floor today with surprisingly little effort, like it was heavy, but it just moved ![]()
Sitting at about 220, feeling decent, may throw a SARM on top of my trt again here soon, for funsies

Still rattling around, still gettin it in, deadlift is still hanging out around 525, bench around 335, lost some on the squat. But linked back up with a buddy that I lifted with for years so things have kicked up a bit with a little competition. Not chasing anything specific, and we have different approaches, but enough similarities that we can push each other on a few lifts. 315 incline is what’s vaguely on the agenda for the near future.

Looked back at my original post and I am happy to say (way behind schedule) that I hit all of my original goals except one since I originally posted here. That was a bit of a relief ![]()
Made our big move about 10 months ago, reunited with an old training partner and have been doing challenge lifts every two weeks or so. We did first to 50 reps at 225 on bench (17, 13, 8 12) and first to 100 reps at 135 for squat (35, 35, 30). Holy shit it’s awful
but it’s been good having someone to push me. We’re very close strength wise (except the goddamn incline bench, he fucking smokes me there). Been good having some real push, though.
Sitting at 226, dropped a belt notch, feeling decent, feeling healthy.

in the 8-10 years we didn’t train together, apparently he ONLY trained incline bench haha

Felt better than expected, haven’t pushed legs much, messed my hamstring up awhile back and then we’ve been skiing a ton, so have been doing just enough leg work to keep me honest(ish).
Shoulders today 3/10
Nothing to write home about, haven’t tried to push heavy on OHP since I went lights out and gave myself a concussion 4-5 weeks ago ![]()

Worked up to a fast single at 385, felt better than expected.
Downloaded myfitnesspal…again, need to create some accountability for my fat ass haha

Long weekend in a hotel and sitting through a wrestling tournament took its toll haha getting soft in my old age. Shit felt heavy. Reps were there for 275 tho, just didn’t have a spotter to really push it. Whatever

Legs/Shoulders
Hip sled for a bunch of reps, Cossack squats, accessory shit.
Shoulders were light and accessory driven since it was backed up with my chest day.
Weight is weird as fuck right now. I’ve maintained the belt hole that I gained, but am a bit thicker according to the scale. Doesn’t make a ton of sense to me, as usually I just be up with a spare tire right around the middle, and I can tell I’m heavier since I can feel it in my face. But whatever, I’ve been told I look like I lift, so I’ll take it haha
Skipping deadlifts made your mid section less thick and blocky.
