Depth Worrying, Input Needed

BUT ALSO

I got a new worry, my apologies for this super awkward butt crack angle shot, but someone at the gym today pointed out that my the bar is crooked

I know that my upper back traps shoulder area is unbalanced, but does anyone else have this problem?
I brought my right hand in a bit and it seemed to help, but other than that there’s not really a lot I can do if my traps aren’t even.

Can I just not care about this and be happy, plz???

LOL oh my god I never claimed not to be disordered, but here is a pic from after he told me about it and me trying to fix it,
is it okay now??

hahahah oh god jenn just go have a shower

Don’t sweat the small stuff. High bar tends to have a more upright torso. The bar doesn’t look noticeably crooked to me.

Bottom line, if you’re a powerlifter squat in the way that lets you move the most weight even if it’s ugly as hell. If you’re squatting for aesthetics squat in the way(s) that develop your physique the way you want.

well one thing I am thinking about is how I cant use the safety’s when I low bar squat because I go down lower than they allow, Lol.

I squat all alone in a really quiet corner so I can be away from the mirrors, so not being able to use any safety’s is a concern if I really want to start being able to push myself.
When I do high bar, I can typically use the safety’s without clanking so I don’t get so nervous before certain lifts.

That’s a very valid concern. One possible solution would be to practice low bar with a weight you know you will never fail at. You’d be surprised how strong you can get using sub maximal loads.
