Ever since I was a kid I’ve experienced unpleasant mood fluctuactions, but have never had to use medication to control them. Lately it’s come to my attention that multivitamins make me very depressed. Every time I take a multi, I end up feeling like crap emotionally. Maybe one of the B vitamins in there cause an imbalance of some neurotransmitter. Anyone else ever notice this negative reaction to a multi-vitamin? Perhaps the balance of b-vitmains is not correct in the multis I’ve tried.

OP sounds like Charles Poliquin
I find I have to avoid copper like the plague, and take zinc, to be balanced. I stopped taking multi’s when I realized this, as they all have at least some copper.
Not saying that’s your deal, could be something else. Maybe do a web search on “biochemical individuality.”
Have you tried cutting out other things, wheat for example?
Yes, wheat does make me feel like shit.
