I’m curious about this. The impact on SHBG is very quick considering the HL of Var, but it should also rebound once the med is out of your system. But taking say 8-18 hours before lab work? Let’s see. Very interested once you get the results
Edit: also, while 25mg isn’t a lot for a BBer, it’s 10x the studied dose and impact on SHBG. Just to keep in mind.

But I would imagine this is an E2 related issue.
On oxandrolone did you have a better Free-Test: E2 ratio?

Also have you tried mesterolone(proviron)?
There’s no E2 issues.
Why would I use AI? I’ve tried it and it has no purpose, my high estrogen doesn’t cause any negative effects.

Your E2 after no oxandrolone is high.
There are people that feel fine with high E2 since the ratio does matter.
I personally feel best with E2 on the lower end, regardless where free T lies.
labs look decent. if you weren’t feel great I’d say maybe e2 is just a shade high for your TT:FT level. but otherwise all seems back to normal.
