Hey mods, did you really ban him for this, or is this just him playing tricks on us again? I’m only asking because while he is a doucher, I don’t see anything overly offensive in that post. ??

Federalist, how do you use such a handle and yet have a picture of a nationalist for your avatar? Are you just doing it for ironic effect? It’s working.

Both the Democratic and Republican parties are alive and well…and most likely will be for some time now.

However, more and more voters are registering as independent/other.

I’m sure the actual estimates are out there. And while those numbers may be comparatively small; the numbers are increasing.

Mufasa

More Dems and independents then you think are in the real party for progress and reform.

That is a good thing, we have a large undeclared number of registered voters (in Cali), and it keeps politicians on their toes. Unfortunately, it hasn’t led to anything remotely stellar.

…offer up the exact same choice of more government.

Yay, bipartisan politics!

That’s not suppressing criticism: it’s being unbiased.[/quote]

If the NYT, MSNBC, or CNN says it, it must be true, because their unbiased.

Unbiased to a liberal is an outlet that slants his way. Remember they are more open minded, free thinking and accepting; unless your a jew, a conservative, a Christian, a republican, or not a self loathing honky.

There’s only two things I hate in this world.

People who are intolerant of other people’s cultures; and the Dutch.

I’m asking WHO did they ban? When Veg asked the question he quoted a string that had posts by Fed, Max and Push. So I’m asking who does he think they banned.

Frankly, I have no idea what could get you banned on this site.

Do you know how hard it is even to get your post edited by a Mod?

I completely missed this…(USER WAS BANNED FOR THIS POST)

Now Veg’s question makes sense.

I can’t imagine them banning him for that…

If he was banned, he did not deserve it. He took alot of shit from many of us, but I don’t feel that he said anything worthy of a ban.

If he was banned, I would like to ask the mods to change their minds, because the kid stood there and took it like a man, and beyond that, I believe in people disagreeing, both he and Ryan have taken a grilling by many of us, but they earned the right to speak their minds IMO.

I want to add something I discovered today about all this shit going on with the gubment, economy, etc and how it relates to what I am seeing here in bankrupt California.

Today our mayor requested to raise energy costs by over 30% because of “budget problems and start into green energy.” The city council said no to the rate hikes, the public utility company said it refused to hand over profits to the city in light of this denial. We now have a stand off between the city and government run Dept of Water and Power.

Now, many of you are probably asking me, Max wtf does this have to do with what is happening in Washington? Our mayor was a former community organizer (remind you of anyone), and head of the Los Angeles Chapter of the ACLU, who did the following…

  1. Made contracts with unions that are unsustainable, this was his first official action.

  2. Increased government by 40%.

  3. Not laid off a single government worker even with the recession, NOT A SINGLE PUBLIC WORKER.

  4. Created a $500 million deficit on a city level, and $20 billion deficit on a state level.

  5. Instilled the largest tax increase in the nation, having the highest tax bracket kick in at $46k/year.

  6. Created the WORST business environment, leading to businesses leaving the state for a more tax friendly state. You could call this a state wide outsourcing.

  7. Passed a state-wide global warming bill that are speculated to cost 1.1 million jobs, that number is calculated from a study run paid for by the government, not a private company.

Does this not look like a smaller example of what is happening, and what could happen on a grander scale with Obama and his agenda?

I seriously doubt that he was banned for what we can see. If he was banned, I’m sure the mods would have deleted the offensive material.

I’m just curious what exactly one would have to say to get banned for 1 post. It has to be good.

Or, he could just be pulling our legs.

Geeeez! I’m not around for a little while and I miss a ban?

If this is fer real he musta REALLY gone over the line to get himself banned from here. He may be a disturbingly clueless twerp, but nothing I saw from him deserved a ban at all.
