Happy new year!!
Love your dog
Back to my classic self, 87.7 kgs here
Was horribly hangover yesterday, ate twice McDonalds, two pizzas and ice cream ahahah
Still taking it easy this week-end, no stress. Then starting the fat loss on monday. O-lifts exams will be in less than 3 weeks. Hoping to get down to 85 at least in this time (most likely have easy water weight to lose after all the garbage I’m eating!)
Then slow and steady fat loss to get photoshoot-lean to do some in 3-4 months (so maybe 80 kgs? But most likely less)
Mate get that fucking cracked mirror sorted out for fucks sake
No wonder you’re having bad luck with the ladies ![]()

50 Sit-ups

B. 20’ Bike cycling
Nothing crazy here. Didn’t push myself as hard as I could have. Hard to sometimes, alone, in the dark, on the concrete, especially the burpees who were then more a test of mental toughness than cardio.
It’s okay, I’m keeping my energy for the o-lifts. I have to be as best as I can be in 3 weeks. Finally my hands will touch a barbell again tomorrow. Ready to murder the weights!
You bastard. How the hell do you eat that way and both not die and are still lean?
It came with time. My metabolic rate has increased these last few years. Also remember I have no days off. And the number of calories spent at McDonalds is underrated. You spent all day long standing and running around, lifting stuff in a very stressful environment. Then you add workouts, walks, chores, and the cardio. I’m 87 kgs so when I go for a jog (around 12 km/h) I burn a looooot of calories (like 500 in 30 mins).
Starting the weight loss, I’ll just have no cheats, or nothing crazy at least (meaning no McDonalds everyday lolz), and move more. Weight should drop fast.
It will go with time as well, my young friend
Indeed… But also I’m pretty sure processed food and pizzas are less caloric here in Europe, especially if you choose the leaner ones (1000-1200 cals)
I think you’re right. And your lifestyles are simply healthier, like you said: you actually walk!
Yeah mate, one thing I noticed during my adventures in the states was the serious lack of walking.
I spent a good while in Georgia in a real small town. There were no pavements or sidewalks as you guys call them. People drove everywhere. It was something I could t get my head around
We don’t have the same norm of building residential areas close to business, so driving is a near necessity everywhere. Because if that, I don’t think we ever really built the infrastructure or habit of walking outside of major downtown areas
Yeah man totally.
This was a real hick town to be fair. Hawkinsville. A car was a must.
I never learned to drive till I was 36 for fucks sake ![]()
In fairness, judging the fitness of the United States based off Georgia is like judging European cuisine based off Tallinn.
I’ve been to Tallin mate.
Nice goulash over there.
The women though, holy fuck.
Place looks like a goddamn movie set. Hard to believe it’s real.
I’m sure I read somewhere that the Soviets would send the intelligentsia up there along with super hot women thus creating some god tier gene pool in the process
Even the ugly chicks are hot
With the exception of a select few cities, the USA is terribly unwalkable. I haven’t had a car in nearly 6 years and also don’t own a bike, so I get a lot of steps. But in my hometown it would have been impossible to get anywhere outside of my neighborhood without a vehicle.
Eastern europe chicks certainly have a reputation. My friends went to Croatia and they told me all the girls were smoking hot. Probably helps that the country is in a slope; between mountain and sea, so whenever you walk it’s high incline walks, shedding fat and building calves and ass ahah
I know a few people living in big cities here that never even bother to learn how to drive. No real need to.
Slept not even 4 hours. Soooo tired! Finally touched a barbell today:
• Seated muscle snatches 3 x 5 with 40 kgs
• Kneeling muscle snatches 3 x 5 with 50 kgs
• Stiff-legged muscle snatches 3 x 3 with 60 kgs
• Muscle snatch 3 x 3 with 60 kgs
• OVH squats with 5 secs pause at bottom 3 x 3 with 70 kgs
• Power snatches x many
• Snatches x many
• Snatch balances x many
Haven’t snatched in a while, was weird, but ok. Not much garbage here and good habits are integrated. Just filmed a few sets after more than 1 hour, very fatigued
Just doing some speed shit here to get back into the habit of jumping up
In the mirror I felt my legs looked really good! But on video meeeh so skinny
Didn’t failed today and ate a salad today that I bought because I had not prepared my meal ahah. Hungry af right now, just want to sleep, but I’ll go to work right now and eat beforehand, I have to stay strong (being tired makes it so hard to me to restrain myself) and eat a salad there again
Those sound interesting. Did you film them?
No but I probably will on wednesday. You just sit on the floor, legs straight, like you would do a Z-press, and do muscle snatches. You have zero hip drive, so you really have to use traps, keep the bar close and flip your wrists over very fast. You can’t curl the bar!
Kneeling you’re just on your knees on the floor, so some hip drive
