I don’t think I ever found ou what this secret Indigo workouts evere were.

Layers I did for a little while, and it felt good! But I believe at the time I had not enough experience/my mindset wasn’t in the right place

No, I don’t remember on what day they are meant to be done but I know they are not to be done the first cycle. So, you wouldn’t have to worry about that for a while!

Yeah because I looked at the Speed workout, no way you’re doing that in a single session, it would be very counterproductive

Harder than it seemed! Took a bit less than 28 minutes. The first rounds with so many push-ups and burpees really raised the heart rate! But a good workout. After that, didn’t ate (no time), juste a shake and straight to work. And didn’t ate too much afterwards so yeah!

Looking already leaner and less bloated tonight lol

Just took a vid for a little story tonight at the park, shirtless us doing pull-ups, and got 6 reactions, even a girl saying that she loves nice muscular backs and I really felt like an idiot, didn’t really know what to answer. Now I feel what these girls that get compliments by guys they’re not interest in feels loool
Kidding though, thanked her, without ambiguity like someone did to me not long ago

Honestly man, bang a few fatties or something and get some momentum going at least.

You like to say that your not interested in meaningless encounters however to be brutally honest, it sounds like a defence mechanism. 99% of men want to get their dick wet and the ones who deny this are hiding something.

Just my take on it mate. You need to develop that killer edge with the chicks to complement that physique :muscle:t2:

If it happens for sure I wouldn’t reject it, but I guess she’d have to be really arousing. Like if the girl I fancy right now would tell me “let’s do it” for sure girl, even if it’s just one night.

5 months chatted a girl a lot, drove 6 hours to see her, went to the bed with her even. Not bad, not amazing looking either. I don’t know, I didn’t even finish through man, despite the fact that I had not done anything in 4 months. Felt really meeeh compared to when I was in a couple, when there were feeling towards the girl you know?

Grumpy and tired (these are related), also alcohol yesterday, really cna’t hold it/appreciate it as much as before. Knew I had to move or I’d stay grumpy and tired all day so I did some rotator cuff work, stork and other glute/knee stability exercises, then 35 mins of cycling. Feeling better!

I do not like alcohol anymore as well.
I can only appreciate some bourbon or Irish Whiskey. Maximum 200 ml
Maybe some red wine - but maximum 2 glasses
And I do like a good rakia with a fresh salad with lots of cheese and onion.
In summer time some jin with tonic, but everything in small to moderate quantity.

Last time I got drunk I was “afk” for 2 days. Not 1, but 2 fucking days.
Since then I discovered - sauerkraut juice. Not sure if that is the English wording.
But where I come from every other family does sour cabbage (not sure if this is the wording).
So we have that in excess. Even in my fridge I have some from the father of my fiancée right now.
You can try yogurt as well.

I’m 30 now.

Well I can enjoy a good glass of fine alcohol or cocktail once in a while. But that’s it. I used to sip it like like it was water, up to vomitting, even this summer.

Now I can’t, when I start to feel doozy I also feel really tired, and every fiber of my body doesn’t want to drink anymore.

Is that an effective hangover recovery ahah? Usually the day after I’m just ultra tired

It was cold and windy, around 3°. But still better than this noon at work, where I stayed 2h30 outsid with the pad taking orders, with a crazy wind. My hands were crippled, frostbitten afterwards.

2 little Wods, were fun! First set of pull-up hit a bit shoulder and elbow, then it was fine. But I could feel I gained some weight ahahah. Burpees, and cardio in general really has improved. Was doing 20 no problem.

Especially in the second WOD, I was not even 10 seconds in advance of my mate starting the final run, and in the end I finished one minute ahead of him. Tried to remember the run with the 10 kg vest and what I did to find the energy. Breathing hard at the second lap to push as much air out, and running like a crazy person. Really happy with myself there. Afterwards my whole abs were almost cramping. This was a nice effort!

Yeah gym have been closed march to june, then october to… most likely march again? I’m on holidays indeed. I just miss the gym in general and having a program/purpose and measure progress and everything… (well actually I do have one, increase C&J and Snatch, which I have, but it’s still rare/random sessions)

Yeah that definitely sucks. Gyms are closed as well here but I am fortunate enough to still get on with my training.
