Unfortunately I decided to go back to running a bit too late, the damage is already done. I’ve bloated up a lot, I’m retaining a lot of water in my calves and ankles, edema I think it’s called. Funny, I never did roids, so I don’t know what is causing it. It’s probably not enought water intake and a little bit of accidental creatine loading. I’ve popped in some diuretics and increased my water intake, along with that I’ll do cardio until I drop this water weight and cut back to some decent size. Hopefully the edema will be gone and I’ll lose this big ass and fat I got from this last weeks of madness and non-clean bulking.
I dropped about 11 pounds of water last night, just with diuretics. Jesus I didn’t I was that retaining all that water, but my calves are back to normal and I don’t look like a bloat again, shame I’m not 220 anymore :(.
Doubt there’s many guys on here that could do this as 1/6th of a session, and as part of a triset…all in under thirty minutes. You’ve made some phenomenal progress.

Actually this left me very beated up, as I have a problem breathing due to a thing in my sinuses, so whenever I do stuff like this I end up looking like an asmathic fat man who just ran a set of stairs. But thanks bro.

P.S. What’d you use as a diuretic? I’m assuming something natural like dandelion root…and if so how did it leave you feeling afterwards?
I took a cheap over the counter version of something called Moduretic. It’s pretty weak as I barelly felt the effects. I used this one instead of a natural version because it helps store Potassium instead of depleting it, as I didn’t want to start cramping up like an old man while I lost all that water. The first day I took it I felt a bit tired and light headed, and it was a pain to having to go to the bathroom every 1 hour or so.
My numbers are not high right now as I decided to focus on felling the muscle work without cheating the movement. My biceps and my shoulders are my weak points and I want to bring them up before stepping on stage sometime in the future.
It’s been a while since I’ve done any AB work and I see I was wrong not to do it, besides feeling the area weak, it doesn’t have the insane 8 pack look I used to had back in the day. So with the help of a friend of mine we are going to kick my ab developement into progress again, and perhaps one day I’ll have a decent midsection full of veins
Then I did Russian twists until I couldn’t anymore.
Facepulls are, so far, the most fun exercice I ever did. Can’t cheat, could move a considerable amount of weight for someone who never did them properly.
I was supposed to do Shoulders and Triceps and kick some shurgs somewhere, but again, not enought time today. I hate training with limited time. All was done in 40 minutes.
My triceps has decided to be strong today, 200 flew up on the CGBP and 220 felt easy enough.
I took it easy on the shrugs because my traps were sore from the 400lbs.
High Cable Reverse Crosses are one hell of an exercise for the rear delts, I used a light weight but the thing burned everything, from my traps to my upper lats.

Shrugs and military press two days in a row? And P.S, its no longer august ;)
Oh, I mixed up the dates haha, I do this all the time because I’m distracted like hell.
I had one day off to allow recovery, I’m training shoulders 3/2 times a week since it’s been a weak point for far too long.
