Thank you man, I appreciate it, but I’m not that huge.
I like doing close grip bench presses and weighted dips ( or machine dips ) for triceps, I like to do at least 3 or 4 sets, and use a fairly high number of reps, 12 or 15. That gave me a lot of triceps mass.

I’m already driving myself crazy, and it’s only been 4 days without training. Since my bank account didn’t give me good news, I’m gonna have to wait until the end of the month to finally join the gym I want. Until then I’m joining a ( crappier ) gym to get some shit done. But this isn’t why I’m writing this post.
Being the impatient man I am, I can’t even seem to stand a few days without lifting something heavy. But thanks to this period of wait, I had time to think, and I came to the conclusion that I suck and that I’m dissapointed with myself. It’s not about lifts or stalling. It’s about my own mindset. I find it that I haven’t trully dedicated myself 100% to my goal, I lacked being obessive about it, like I never actually putted myself into the lifts, just went on autopilot and never came off.
I’m not were I want to be, or where I think I’m supposed to be and there’s no fucking excuses. Either I put myself 110% into this or quit. And I won’t quit. This is the time were I can and will do all the hard work and dedicate myself into it.
I wrote this crap to remind me of what I need to do. Since it’s on my logbook, then it might as well be here too.

This dungeon gym I’m stuck in is too fucking ancient. It’s not a “good” dundgeon. Think of machines from 20 years ago that are falling apart.
Anyway. I’m posting my new diet plan, I lost my logbook and my Ipad’s battery are dying, so I better post somewhere I can consult later.
Weighting 223 lbs. Probably below 10% bf already. My weight has stalled in this area for some weeks now and no matter how much food I cut or cardio I add it won’t go down, I believe it’s my body telling me to stop the strict dieting. Abs were visible before and are more than visible now so, bye bye diet.
Diet Plan:
08:00 - 8:30 AM: BCAAs stack
9:30 AM: 4 whole eggs + 10 whites, oats or cereal. Multivitamins, Calcium tabs and Fish Oil
11:00 AM: BCAA’s + 1/2 scoops of Uni. Whey + 1 scoop of Casein.
12:00: Chicken or lean Meat, green vegetables, Green Tea extract tabs.
14:00 PM: Chicken shake, 1 scoop of whey + Fish Oil
15:30 PM: BCAAs stack
16:00 PM: 2 scoops of Whey, 30g MaltoDex or 1 scoop Workout Fuel (Pre training)
16:30 PM: 1 scoop of whey, 1 scoop workout fuel ( Peri )
18:00 PM: Post workout shake
20:00 PM: Chicken or Lean Meat, potatos or rice. Fish Oil + green tea tabs
22:00 PM: 1 scoop of whey + 1 scoop of casein + fish oils. Sleep aid stack
Not going to write down all the math and the amount of food consumed, but I’ll be getting around 450 grams of protein, 200-300 grams of carbs and about 60 grams of fat. There’s also the carb cycling, calories and other things that I won’t post.
There’s some other stuff I’ll review later, I may be able to get more products from Biotest, if so I’ll tweak it a bit. Then there’s the other stuff and some other sups I haven’t wrote down because I think doesn’t belong in this log and I’m not sure the mods will allow me to post it.

Tnation has become less epic since Alpha disappeared. Alright, tomorrow Delta’s Log II will get a good bump, I’m training in a fucking huge gym now, so my excuse not to post in my log has run it’s course I suppose.
It would also do us good to go over 5100block and tell him to come back…
