I Am eating 100kcal surplus. I am a still losing weight. This is normal right? You made me a bit scared with your leukemia story…
I burn kcal with work and training and probably end up in a deficit. How much effect does a deload have when i am eating 100kcal surplus and lose weight. Does my body recover?

Yes i know. But. If i eat 400kcal surplus and burn 500 due work ect. I am still losing weight. So what is the point of eating at maintenance to recover if i am still in a deficit. This is something i dont get.

Maintenance is the amount of calories you eat to not lose or gain weight. That is maintenance. If you are losing weight, you are NOT eating at maintenance: you are eating at a deficit. If you gain weight, you are eating at a surplus.

Just add say 200kcal a day until you stop losing weight.
