Trained for less than a year now, did lots of research prior to starting (wanted to do it right/efficiently with fast gains). This is going to be my first cycle - attempting to gain some mass. Not too worried about fat since I feel confident about cutting.
First cycle plan: Testosterone Enanthate/Arimidex/Dianabol/Nolvadex/HCG
W 1-10: Test E 250mg e3d
W 1-11: Adex 0.25mg eod
W 12: Adex 0.125mg eod
W 1-3: Dbol 30mg ed
7-10
W 4-6: Dbol 50mg ed
W 3-10: HCG 250iu 3x/w (mon/wed/fri)
PCT: Nolva 40/40/20/20 (starting on week 12 or 13, haven’t decided)
What’s up with Arimidex “on hand”??? Arimidex prevents the aromatization process, not helps once it has occurred. Sure you can start taking arimidex if you start feeling gyno symptoms and prevent further aromatization, but that means there’s already a high level of estrogen in your body. So what you need “on hand” is something to stop that excess estrogen from binding to the location you don’t want it to… which is a SERM, tamoxifen in particular.
I experience no “lower gains” while taking arimidex, just less water weight. “water weight” is not gains anyway, so who cares.
The cycle looks good actually. I believe you probably have room to grow before hopping on juice seeing as your young and you’ve been lifting for only one year.
Thanks for the input guys; the 12 weeks of Test would you also recommend what the other said? (500mg/week aka 2x a week rather than e3d?)
Probably will stick to the 10 weeks just to simplify my order on the adex and test e. (I’m not on a tight budget but I’d much rather have more food than more gear). Since it’s my first time I don’t want to do anything fancy, just run something basic (lol) so that later when I play with different theories/methods atleast I started on something basic that I can tweak. <-idk if any of that would make sense to you; but basically I’m a picky mofo and I want to run a simple/basic cycle so I can experiment/tweak it up in the future off of a basic cycle that I have previous knowledge of.
I’ve been told to stick to the adex from start to finish also, and my biggest fear of juicing is not death or test shut down, it’s bitch tits.
You can stop adex at the start of pct like you had originally posted.
I pin test e sunday morning and wednesday night so that is the same days and times every week to avoid any confusion, and splits the week perfectly in two. E3D or E3.5D like I do is fine, one is just simpler to keep track of. For me that’s important considering I give myself shots year round. Its up to you to choose.
10 or 12 weeks, doesn’t really matter. I think I did 10 weeks my first time, 2 10ml vials of 250mg/ml works out to 10 weeks perfectly.

Exactly why I want to stick to ten weeks! Was planning Monday/Thursday (same thing) and throwing in the HCG on the same days to simplify the schedule. Any input on the dbol part? (What would you do on your first)
As for dbol, you can use it or you can not… you probably don’t need it, but it will certainly add to the start of the cycle seeing as the test will take probably 3 weeks or so for you to “notice” it. I used it my first cycle and had a great 10 week cycle. I think I did 5 weeks at 50mg a day. I’d go for it; if something is causing you ill effects in the first week, you know the dbol will be the culprit and you can cut it out.

Pretty much. Would you strongly suggest otherwise or just not recommend it? I mainly want to see how my body reacts to this first cycle… natty vs geared. Also so I have an idea for what I’m doing down the road… I always hear about waiting till later; wait till you reach your potential etc etc. I’ve seen some young juicers make some crazy gains so I don’t see how much different it would be if I start at a younger/older age. Also, I’m not planning to go monster mode (I am short after all).
