I think you need a proper diagnosis, this will help you in the long run with dealing with all the potentially associated comorbidities. If its really Klinefelter syndrome, than you maybe need more than T, completely agree with @charlie12.

Work with your doctor and insist on getting additional tests done. Ideally he should refer you to a clinic which is specialized on recognizing and treating development disorders. For example you absolutely need to get a Karyogram done. Thats a genetic test which shows your chromosomes and which could confirm Klinefelter.
