Not really… I knew it wasn’t exactly right as I wrote it, but “dissolves” was also not exactly what I meant. “Solubilizes” seemed the closest choice as it referred to a process rather than necessarily a completed state.
Solubilization really refers to the abilities of a solvent to dissolve a given substance.
But I didn’t want to say “dissolves” either because a true solution is not formed with the powdered milk and perhaps not most protein products. (MAG-10 fully dissolves however.)
Damn. Of course it would be too good to be true. Thanks anyways guys.
