Deca/Dbol/Sustanon 250 Cycle

I would always aim for a certain weight gain goal a week or every 2-3 weeks. For example, in my last bulk i aimed to gain 2 pounds(1kg) every 3 weeks, but i am pretty advanced as it is. You could aim for like a pound a week or more with all the water you might gain.
I also focus mainly on calories. Protein gets used much better on steroids so no need overeat it - i eat like 150g a day at 250+lbs lean. I have never seen any benefit of eating more, but it does fill you up more so it could get in a way of getting in more calories. Eat as much junk as you need to be gaining weight all the time. Every week you didn’t gain weight, is a week lost forever. My biggest mistake from my 20s to 30s was trying to remain the same weight. As soon as i understood that weight=gains i put on as much muscle in 3 years as i did in the previous 10…

Hell yeah rn my diet is 160g protein and 400g carbs and 100g fat which in 3200 calories

Just to be clear, getting the blood work isn’t the “being safe” part. Doing something about the markers that are off is the safe part, and that means BP meds, lipid meds, AI’s, SERMs, or just stopping all together.

I still don’t understand why ppl take Dbol with test together; they do the same thing, one just does it “better” than the other. Yeah you can say you’re doing it while the test is building up, but I like Anadrol better for that personally.

Anyway, if this is cycle number 1, you’re way overdoing it. If it’s cycle number 4, you’re getting a little closer
