Good ass training today huge deal to be making gains on bench like this. Took 225 for a go on CG and missed because I just had my mind wrapped around 210 all day so after I got that I was done. 225 is within my grasp for sure, and 315 isn’t far after it. Cannot wait to deadlift

It’s been so-so. Bench has been going really well, but squats and deads have taken a back seat because of a back issue that I’ve been having lately. Last week was the first time in almost a month and a half that I was able to squat and deadlift in the same session without having it feel like there was a team of midgets stabbing my lower back with burning ice picks.
