i mean you gotta think, if im 18 now and realistically i have 22 more competitive years (malanchiev is 36 and just set the new wr total at 2425 yesterday) so i could see going till 40 competitively for sure.
So even if I make 1/2 of those gains every year for the next 22 years id have a 1150+2200= 3350 raw total… which wont happen but obviously then ill hit 2400 no problem just putting in the work making the sacrifice and never giving up thatll get me there.

Things done well this training cycle:
-squat and deadlift training very good
-muscle mass gained
things bad:
need to work heavier a month out from meet like a 3rm, 2rm, 1rm deload schedule
-NEED partial benching/more arm work… my bench blows and its obvious a huge weakness
-just need to get stronger and bigger overall
so 1150 total, not my 1200 I wanted but overall pleased with how i did for first meet. will get vids up when i can

175x16 -+wraps 1 rep pr. one of the changes i made was adding this in instead of dips because i brought dips from bwx17 i think to +35x15 and bench didnt move so obviously dips arent for my bench. I lower it down to my sticking point (2 board or so) and pause then press
-Barbell Incline

150x8 -+wraps on all these. its a start inclining again

Yeah both of my arms/shoulders have pinched nerves from years of wrestling so i roll them forwards a lot because they feel like theyre out of place sometimes its a wierd feeling not exactly painful but just odd
