I have never lived in a condo but based on observation of friends/family members conversation around it I have come to the conclusion there is no such thing as a sane condo board. There is always one nut, and sometimes kind of like those scenes in Fallen, they switch bodies.
My parents live in a tremendously expensive condo on Singer Island inhabited with retired CEO’s, musicians, etc. and the stories they tell are incredible. My father lasted 2 years on the board and had to tap out.
You should probably be glad there is only one nut.
IRT bipolar behavior there is no way humiliation will work because these people stew over things and the resentment she will build up on her next downward spiral could result in some very bad things.
I hate to tell you this but I think until she completely loses it you are stuck.

I would happily do that. Question is, would anyone comment/visit that thread? People seem to enjoy attacking people on threads – as you saw from the drama on the Florida teenager thread i started. I’m definitely not the only victim-- I’ve been to other threads where people seem to take great pleasure in slamming people. And I love how THIS thread has nothing to do with other threads I’ve commented on, and yet people continue to bring up stuff I wrote, even though it has nothing to do with this thread AND it really wasn’t all that controversial if one takes it in context and doesn’t engraft one’s own personal feelings about what I mean by what I say. I think I explain myself and what I mean pretty clearly.
But, in short, I absolutely agree with you in theory!
