Do them lying on a bench, then you can rest the bar on the bench behind your head between reps = plate-shape doesn’t matter.

Best ideas are always so simple!

Employees are college students that don’t care to do anything but play on their laptops. The belts/straps got moved out from behind the desk so I’m actually not sure what they are being paid to do anymore.

Whenever I do dead stop tri extensions I get a “pop” in my shoulder on the last portion of the eccentric (just before the barbell touches the floor). It doesnt hurt, but it feels akward. As if my shoulder is slightly popping out of place, then snapping back again. Anyone else experience something similar to this? Thoughts?
