I plan to do the program “20-minute muscle builder” once I have finished the Prgrm “Built for bad: Strength circuits” And because I dont have the dead-squad bar it replaced by the conventional deadlift. For that reason I wanted to ask if it would be possible to replace the deadlift squat in the program for 20 minutes.
Do you mean replacing the deadlift by the squat? If that is your question, then no.
The muscles in 20 minutes program is designed to be able to get good results with minimal work. The squat is not a complete enough exercise (compared to the deadlift) to make the program work optimally.
