The lurking thing kinda hit home. I’ve been lurking here for about a year. This site is the most awesome,eye-opening thing I’ve seen in my 15yrs. of training.I wont give any stats right now,because i plan to have an article published on T-mag within this year.Because of this site I’m training harder,and better than ever.Then I will give my stats, before T-mag ,and after T-mag.And I know the results will back it up.

Hi, De-Lurking here, been reading t-mag for about two years now. I have learned alot from this site and it is one of my favorites. I have been able to go from about 5’8" at 250lbs to about 190lbs at 12%bf.

I was soo lucky to stumble upon t-mag. I am a 22yr old wannabe strength coach. I trained my younger brother this off season as well as a few high school athletes in my area and had some great success. My Bro had a great year in his first year of D-III football. I hope to make it big in the strength training profession and feel t-mag is a great place to start. I train in between my school, work and PT. My current stats are 5’9" @ 190 12%bf. Bench-250 Squat-345 and Dead lift-315x4reps(havn’t max recently). I hope to continue posting in the future to learn more and hold myself accountable for my training. Thank you T-MAG.

I probably signed up 6 months ago, but have never posted. Pretty active in a couple other forums but I go here for my real information. Been reading the articles starting with #1 since before I registered for the forums…and I’m still not done.
