Well, good news is I’m back to 2 plates. Bad news is I’m at 2 plates. Hoping for 3 by Christmas.
I did this one more time a few hours later following my 1 minute hang from rings.
Shit - my forearms, shoulders and traps are sore.
I used it once. Got a great pump, but my shoulders were pissed. So I posted it on FB marketplace and sold it for $300 less than two hours later.

Friday - I did something. Don’t remember what.
Sunday - HR Derby and ASG. it’s incredibly hard to hit with a broken hand. Also, my shoulder knot has grown and causing immense pain in my elbow and hand.
Monday - Slept in, then had a late dinner meeting. Was raelly looking forward to leg day
Tuesday - Hotel life. 15 minutes of cardio.
Wednesday - Spent all day with three engineers walking around a building. I can’t be bothered to workout. Instead got a 40 and pint of ice cream. Hit a new low when I didn’t have a bottle opener so popped it on the bathroom counter.
Gonna hit it hard on Friday. Long drive tomorrow to a long meeting, then a long drive to another meeting, then a long drive home.
