Spent the afternoon through now working on our yard to get ready to sell. Weighed my self, fully clothed and belly full, .5lbs over my previous low. Think tomorrow morning is gonna be a good day
I woke up at 206.6 this morning, which is down 3lbs. Haven’t lifted today, but did more yard work. I might try and get some swings in tonight… things are getting sexy.
Celebrated my dad’s birthday tonight. I had one snack size candy bar, 1/2 a finger of scotch and a glass of wine. Other than that, I was good and kept to keto foods. My wife made the below French keto pie. I can’t even describe how delicious it was. It didn’t even have the ‘fake’ delicious taste. ha
I have very limited equipment to use and have struggled with shoulder issues my whole life. Aside from that, it’s common belief that the pecs get in the way of throwing a baseball, I spent my younger childhood doing very minimal chest work so my shoulders and arms take over.

It’s hard af lifting heavy in the morning. I’m getting too busy at night to lift, and after last weeks lack of formal workout and meetings tonight and tomorrow night, I figured was time to adjust things. I’ll hit a heavy workout in the morning and a light circuit style with KBs at night, after dinner.
Day two of morning workouts… today was ok. Probably took too many stimulants first thing, stomach hates me and then heart was racing faster than I wanted after each set.

Afternoon:
2 hour practice. Hit infield outfield for the team and put 6 balls over the 375’ fence with a wood bat. Pretty cool, I hit one that bounced off the top of the wall. A player bet me $10 I couldn’t do it again. I hit the next one less than 6" over. When it came my time to finally hit BP, I had nothing left. I’m going to transition out of Keto on the 18th and call it for the contest or just low cal it the traditional way.
FIrst set of squats back was tight and hip popped a bit. Did some KB swing and goblet squats to get warmed up. Then hit 135 for 20 and wasn’t feeling it. Backed off, went inside, ate breakfast and felt depressed at how flat, weak and depleted I am. Good thing I’m almost done. I’m getting tired of low calories and bad workouts.
Decided I’m done with Keto today. I’m going to bump my calories up to 2,500 and jump on 5/3/1. Anticipate weight going up to 210-215 in the next few days. I’ll stay at 2500 through June 1, then bump up to 2,800 and see how that goes. I’ve got my anniversary on Thursday then a game on Sunday and flying to Arizona. So, doesn’t make sense to do Keto with those carbfilled occasions
