This workout took like 10 minutes tops. Super light and easy. Could tell afterwards that my glycogen stores are nearing emptiness. I got the keto headache. I should be right on track to introduce a piece of fruit before Friday’s workout. :relieved:

@T3hPwnisher Thanks for the help on OHP. Felt much easier to initiate the movement today.

Super quick, took all of 'House of the Rising sun" to complete.

I used to buy a lot of vinyl records, and the fucking things weren’t ever getting delivered. I was getting ready to go to uni one morning and happened to look out my bedroom window, which looked on to a quiet little lane behind the busy street I lived on.

There’s my postman, and he’s got this big long white thing that looks like a straw or something in his hand. Then he puts it in his mouth and lights it! Dude was smoking a spliff that was like a foot and a half long at 7am! No wonder the lazy cunt couldn’t be arsed to deliver my shit.

Had a crazy pump in my erectors. Also, the first time I’ve done lower back work since January. Felt good.

Woke up feeling tighter. Trying to resist weighing myself. The last few days, I have been on the last notch of my belt, which feels good. I’m going to have a wall of lifting belts that I’ll never fit into again. haha

I felt like absolute death. So I did some curls, took a caffeine pill and got ready for work. Probably take the day off unless @yogi’s old mailman, who is now mine, decides to deliver my KB. If it shows up, I’ll probably swing, clean, snatch and press the hell out of it… then spend the weekend too sore to lift.

Had a horrible conference call right before getting off work. Left and was happy to see my new KB was delivered. Get home, it’s a fucking dumbell and it’s not even the right weight.

Feeling like I’m not making progress and spinning my wheels. Started taking progress photos, but deleted them after I made a comparison and didn’t see much actual progress. Hoping when I weigh myself tomorrow I’ll see something good.

Axle bar showed up today! Think I’m going to use this for everything I can. Not sure how ill do high pulls or cleans with it, though.

My 80lb KB showed up today. So, of course, I had to swing the big ol’ bastard.

I started tracking macros again today. I think I’ve been overestimating my protein these last few weeks, which has kept me from staying in Keto. I’ve adjusted and along with the KB will hopefully see the scale moving again.

Tomorrow is going to suck. I have early meetings then have to drive 2.5 hours for a school board meeting tomorrow night, then drive 2.5 hours back… :confused: I’ll take the day off from lifting except for some morning swings.
