Hey fellas iv been reading up a bit and i cant really find a definite answer so my question is.
Is it optimal or not to take you’re dbol with food i know alot of people split up there daily dose into 3 dose’s to keep bloods more stable, but so im guessing the morning dose would be with breakfast and the lunch time one with lunch does this have any negative effect on the dbol working at its best?
Iv read taking it with grapefruit greatly increases it’s availability to your body. Iv also read that its best to be taken on an empty stomach because food slows down absorption rates
any insight would be great.
