What fed do you compete with?
kpsnap - no fed yet - don’t know if I am good enough to compete with the BIG BOY’S yet. The meet I did in July was with SON LIGHT POWER - maybe people from 5 states - maybe 75-80 lifters. Nothing big.

Just getting back into the swing. After Thanksgiving I will start cycling.

2nd week: max
3rd week: 5 X 5
4th week: rep week
I will max - deadlift, bench, squat, and military press on different weeks. I have used this before and raised my max considerable. When I get my dead back up around the 500# mark I will back the dead back to every other week, or every third week. I don’t know how far my shoulders will allow my bench and military press to go. I will be happy if Bench get back up to the 300# for reps and M. Press cack to 225# for reps.
Note to self - you are 55, not still in your teens and invincible any more - don’t do back and follow up the next night with shoulders. OUCH !!
