Davemccright's Dangerous Dave’s Diabolical Log for Density and Destruction

I appreciate that man! I definitely am of the belief that no program is impossible as long as you have a bench, rack, dumbbells, barbells and some creativity! Getting creative and funky with it is what makes programming fun for me!

It just goes to prove that consistency and effort trumps all. The body has no idea what it is lifting it just knows that its having it arse kicked and that forces growth. So many people miss this and waste time worrying about the perfect program.

This is so perfectly well-said. Train hard as hell, eat your eggs and drink your milk! (And fruits and veggies but that doesn’t have the same “hardcore” Ring to it lol)

One of my favorite Overhead Press variations. Absolutely toasts my delts. That’s why I’ve carried it with me and continue to do them in Fortitude Training. I think I first did them in Creeping Death II and wasn’t sure I’d like them as much as OHP at first but now I like it more.

Today was such an insanely intense Leg day. It was a hellaciously hard session and hellaciously hot and humid in the garage. I really felt like I shook hands with the devil in this session. Went to hell and back today and I’m excited to be on the order side of it all now. Heavy compounds performed with ferocious intensity. That’s pretty much it… and a dumbbell leg extension for variety that was actually crazy hard and quite the challenge on my Adductors as well.

Finishing the week off with Pull Day muscle rounds! This was a tough one. My entire body was crazy sore from the moment I woke up this morning. I knew today would be tough but thankfully it was brief with the session clocking in at about 40 minutes. Both rowing movements were killer, going directly from one arm to the other and then the chest supported row just finished my back off! Went with a shortened and lengthened Focused bicep exercises. Couldn’t even really make a fist by the end lol

Scraping the rack is the best. Absolutely fries my delts.

The kind of movement that makes it hard to shampoo your hair later that day!

95 degrees today but still kicked ass on this Upper Pump session! Decided to do different exercises for both chest/back supersets, which is different from what I normally do, but wanted to hit the chest from two different angles and do both a back width and a back thickness exercise.

The dumbbell 6-ways and spider crawls for a minute burned like the very depths of Satan’s hell. Just what I was looking for! Excited to crush some Lower Load tomorrow!

Lower Loading today. Crazy hot in the garage. Absolutely sweat my bag off. Bit of a lower volume leg day but very very high intensity. My bench that had the leg curl/leg extension attachment broke, so I had to replace those movements here on my “A” rotation. Still getting the hang of the best way to set up the dumbbell leg extensions. May elevate the bench next time so I can get full ROM instead of just basically shortened partials. Squat is still progressing well. Got an extra rep on set 1 and the same amount of reps with 10 extra pounds on set 2. Super happy about this session and ready for an absolute beast of a session tomorrow- Upper Load/Lower Pump!

Upper Load/Lower Pump today. Felt absolutely amazing. Numbers were all up across the board today from last “A” session (May 12th), some by a pretty significant degree! I was really really feeling good. Skipped Compound Thigh movement due to some extreme leg soreness, still hit some quad and ham and calf isolation(BRUTAL). Taking the next two days off and I’ll be back to it for Muscle Rounds this weekend!

Handwriting is really coming along nicely! Very legible lately.

Thanks man! Lol It helps to write in the exercises beforehand and write my numbers in after I’ve had a second to hit my stretches and get my breath back!

Sometimes I do wonder if people are even able to read my log haha

Ya, I can read it and I’m the worst hand writing reader there is. Honestly, I’m envious of your commitment to tracking. I’m too lazy to ever track that well. The commitment definitely translates to your progress too.
