PT in training, and currently in spine! It’s impossible to tell from pictures/videos (and again, PT in training) but it looks like your actual spine is straight, to me. And I’m sure your chiro would have picked up on something if it was a problem? Are you still seeing your ART?
Well done listening to your body and sticking to the deload. My de-load weeks usually end up being not-so-de-loady too.
I stopped going to the ART guy. My insurance wouldn’t cover after a certain number of visits. I really miss it! It made me feel 1,000,000 times better. I’ll probably go every two months or something to get adjusted but I can’t afford to go twice a week like I was doing.

Notes: I’m really not happy with how I performed today. I’m just shocked that 180 doesn’t feel easier than it did months ago when I used this program. In fact, comparing the videos, the reps look slower and form looks worse. My left foot still feels like shit. I wasn’t pushing through the floor as hard as I normally do. Hopefully next week, I can actually fucking finish this program. Last time I failed on week 5. After today, I’m really worried.

BW: 132 this morning. WTF?!?! This is pre-bulk weight. I was in my underwear (giggity) and it was before I had eaten anything, so maybe I really haven’t been gaining much weight after all. If I want accurate results, I’ll have to remember to weigh myself at the same time everyday.

Derek also came over to me after I was done deadlifting and asked me if I was “having trouble deadlifting?” I had no idea what he meant but he said he noticed that I have a long torso and it seems hard for me to get down into a good starting position.
